Ingredients: 200 g flour; 120 g unsalted butter, cold and cut into small slices; 80 g powdered sugar; 1 teaspoon vanilla; 30 g ground almonds (almond meal); pinch of salt; 1 egg

Pâte Sablée made by hand. In many ways easier than using a food processor!
